1. What is ProFlowers Pakistan?

ProFlowers Pakistan is an online flower and gift delivery platform. This page contains all Terms & Conditions applicable to orders placed through our website.

2. Delivery Timings

For all same-day orders, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM on the same day. Orders placed after this time may be scheduled for delivery on the next available day.

We do not guarantee timed deliveries. Our regular delivery hours are between 9:00 AM and 11:45 PM. Customers may request specific delivery times in the Special Instructions section during checkout. While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time.

Delivery timings may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, road closures, strikes, political events, public holidays, traffic congestion, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid occasions, New Year’s Eve, and other peak periods. In such situations, order cancellation may not be possible.

For Midnight Delivery services, delivery will be made between 10:00 PM and 11:45 PM.

3. Discounts

All discounts, promotional offers, and coupon codes are determined solely by ProFlowers Pakistan. Multiple discounts and offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.

4. Address Change

Any changes to the recipient’s address will be entertained free of charge if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Requests received after this period may not be accommodated, and the order may not be eligible for cancellation.

Address changes for products that have already been dispatched cannot be processed.

5. Order Change

Changes to an order may be accommodated with any necessary price adjustments if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.

Requests received after this period may not be entertained, and the order may not be eligible for cancellation.

Cancellation charges of 5% may apply to all approved cancellation requests.

6. Delivery Product

The flower arrangements delivered may not be exact replicas of those displayed on our website due to seasonal availability and differences among florists and vendors.

However, the overall value and quantity of the product will remain the same. In the event of product unavailability, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made.

Flower colors may vary due to seasonal or local availability. Similarly, cake designs, icing, and decorations may differ slightly from website images based on local production capabilities.

7. Service Complaints

Any complaint regarding a delivered product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Customers may contact our customer support team through phone, WhatsApp, email, or any official communication channel.

8. Rules for Delivery

a)

Deliveries will be made according to the instructions provided by the customer. For example, if the delivery instructions specify that the order must be handed only to the recipient, our delivery team will follow those instructions wherever possible.

If the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the delivery, the order will still be considered delivered.

b)

ProFlowers Pakistan will attempt delivery only once.

If delivery cannot be completed during the attempt, the customer may still be charged for the order, and re-delivery may not be available.

The order will be considered delivered under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

2. Recipient not available.

3. Premises locked.

4. Incorrect contact number provided.

5. Recipient refuses to accept the delivery.

6. Delivery completed at the gate, reception, security desk, or with a neighbor where appropriate.

9. Substitution Policy

Occasionally, flower varieties, colors, containers, packaging, or gift items may need to be substituted due to temporary or regional availability issues.

In such cases, our florists will preserve the overall style, theme, and color scheme of the arrangement and will only substitute items with products of equal or greater value.

ProFlowers Pakistan reserves the right to substitute flowers, colors, containers, cakes, gifts, or other products when necessary.

10. Rules for Duplicate Orders

If ProFlowers Pakistan identifies that the same order has been placed more than once, we will attempt to contact the customer for confirmation.

If the customer cannot be reached, ProFlowers Pakistan reserves the right to make the final decision regarding processing or cancellation of duplicate orders.

11. Dealing with Fraudulent Customers

If we identify any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to fake addresses, misleading information, inappropriate messages, suspicious payment activity, or unreasonable delivery requests, ProFlowers Pakistan reserves the right to reject the order or suspend the customer account without prior notice.

12. Rules for Unavailable Recipient

If the recipient is unavailable to receive the order and the customer has specifically instructed us to deliver only to the intended recipient, the order may still be considered delivered after a reasonable delivery attempt.

No refund will be issued in such circumstances. Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for additional details.

13. Courier Deliveries

Courier-based products will be shipped through reputable courier companies operating within Pakistan.

For courier deliveries, exact delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

Courier shipments are generally delivered between 9:00 AM and 11:45 PM and may require 2–7 business days depending on the destination, product availability, and courier operations.

14. Right to Refuse Service

ProFlowers Pakistan reserves the right to provide or refuse services to any individual, organization, group, or business entity at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide justification.

15. Governing Law

ProFlowers Pakistan may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any other policies published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between ProFlowers Pakistan and its customers.

These Terms supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements related to the use of our website and services.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

17. Marketing & Transactional Communications

By placing an order or creating an account, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from ProFlowers Pakistan via SMS, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

18. Customer Feedback

To maintain high service standards and improve customer satisfaction, ProFlowers Pakistan may contact recipients and customers to collect feedback regarding products and services.

19. Fraud Prevention & Law Enforcement

If an order is found to have been placed using fraudulent, illegal, or unethical means, ProFlowers Pakistan reserves the right to cooperate with relevant law enforcement authorities and provide any information required for investigation and legal proceedings.

20. Account Deletion

To request account deletion, customers may contact our support team and submit a request for account closure.

Upon successful verification, the account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

After deletion, customers will no longer be able to:

• Access their account.

• View order history.

• Edit personal information.

• Receive account-related communications.

Customers may withdraw their deletion request before the completion of the deletion process.

21. Protection of Banking Information

ProFlowers Pakistan never requests sensitive banking information from customers through phone calls, emails, SMS, WhatsApp, or social media.

Please do not share the following information with anyone:

• Debit/Credit Card Number

• PIN

• CVV

• OTP

• Card Expiry Date

• Online Banking Credentials

• Mobile Banking Credentials

• Any other confidential financial information

If you suspect fraudulent activity, please contact your bank immediately.
